Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
We aim to process all orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team. After this window, cancellation requests will be considered only if the order has not yet been shipped.
- Once the order is processed for shipping, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Cancellation for Pre-Orders or Custom Items:
- Pre-ordered and custom-sized items can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement. Beyond this period, cancellations may not be feasible due to the personalized nature of these items.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:
- Approved cancellations will be refunded in full via the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exceptions:
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.
- If there are issues with your order, such as incorrect sizing or a delay in delivery, please contact our support team for resolution.
